Option 1: Convert your purchase at participating outlets
How does it work?
- Use your eligible credit card at participating merchants with a minimum amount of KD50.
- Ask for the Easy Pay option at the cashier or sales assistant at the outlet before you make your purchase.
- Your transaction will be converted into Easy Pay automatically.
- No processing fee will be charged.
Example:
When you buy items worth KD600 from a participating outlet with Easy Pay, you will be billed KD50 every month for 12 months with 0% interest and no processing fees.

Option 2: Convert other local & international purchases (non-participating outlets)
How does it work?
- Use your eligible credit card locally or internationally with a minimum amount of KD150 per transaction
- You will receive an automated SMS with eligible transactions details.
- Call our Customer Contact Center to convert your eligible transaction into the Easy Pay feature.
- Conversion fee amount of KD2 will be charged to your credit card.
Example:
When you buy items worth KD 600 from any local or international outlet, you can convert it into Easy Pay through Gulf Bank’s Call Center. This feature enables you to pay the total amount over 12 months at 0% interest.

Yes, for transactions made at participating merchants, you will be notified by SMS confirming that the transaction is converted to 0% Easy Pay. You will also be able to check the Easy Pay details on your monthly credit card statement.

Yes, you can avail multiple Easy Pay purchases. Every time you have a high value purchase, you can convert the transaction to a 0% Easy Pay.

Gulf Bank reserves the right to levy service charges and penalty if the Easy Pay monthly installment is not paid in a particular month. Further, if the Easy Pay installments are not paid for 2 consecutive months, the Easy Pay plan will be cancelled, and any outstanding balance will become immediately due and service charges will apply.

You can avail the Easy Pay plan on any product, as long as the total invoice value is at least KD50. Merchant terms and conditions apply.

Yes, you can return the items as per the merchant’s refund policy. The refunded amount will be processed on the same credit card that was used for the Easy Pay transaction. There will be no cash refund admissible.
