Once all required documents are processed, and your site, outlet, or store is ready, it will take 3 working days to install the terminal(s).
When applying for a POS terminal, you need to provide/ submit the following documents:
- For Companies
- Copy of the article of association with all modifications (if any)
- Copy of the commercial license (Ministry of Commerce)
- Copy of the commercial registration (Chamber of Commerce)
- Copy of the authorized signatory letter
- Copy of the owner(s) original Civil ID
- Copy of the original authorized signatory’s Civil ID (if different from the owner)
- Any proxies related to the company
- Commercial registration extract document dated within the past 2 weeks (Ministry of Commerce)
- For Establishments
- Copy of the commercial license (Ministry of Commerce)
- Copy of the commercial registration (Chamber of Commerce)
- Copy of the authorized signatory letter
- Copy of the owner(s) original Civil ID
- Copy of the original authorized signatory’s Civil ID (if different from the owner)
- Any proxies related to the company
- The above documents are prerequisites to be able to assess and process your application and install the POS terminal.
- Desktop GPRS Terminal
- Portable GPRS Terminal
- IP Terminal - which is an internet-based terminal and must be supported by one of the local internet service providers
- A Wi-Fi Terminal with a router - which is a terminal that connects to the router via Wi-Fi to establish the required communication
- Integrated POS (IPOS) Terminal
