The draws are conducted in the presence of a representative of the Ministry of Commerce and The Kuwait Ministry of Commerce supervises the entire process. All eligible accounts are entered in the program which randomly and electronically selects the winner after assigning respective chance values.

There are no charges on accessing your money, however, a KD2 charge per month will be applied if the account balance drops below KD200 on any given day of the month.
No, there are no cancelation charges. This is your money after all, and you can choose to close your account with no fee or deductions applicable.
If your account becomes dormant, this will not affect your chances, and yes, you will still be eligible to enter all the draws. Terms and conditions apply.

Employees of Gulf Bank, marketers, distributors, showrooms, companies and establishments participating in the promotion/ draw, as well as merchants carrying out the same business activity of the Gulf Bank, in addition to all their employees, spouses and relatives up to second degree, ministries or government entities purchasing in their official capacity, may not participate in the Al Danah draw. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, at its sole discretion, may grant exceptions according to the nature of the promotion/ draw. Any winner in violation of this clause shall not be entitled to claim the prize otherwise will be forced to return the prize to Gulf Bank. Gulf Bank shall have the right to deduct the amount directly from the account(s) of such winner without obtaining an approval

Yearly draws:
