Gulf Bank Organizes A New Series of GB Masterclass

All about hospitality for the month of Ramadan, in collaboration with the certified Hospitality Trainer, Alia Madouh

On the occasion of the approaching the holy month of Ramadan, and as part of its continuous efforts to engage with the community, Gulf Bank organized a new GB Masterclass series, in cooperation with a group of experts specialized in various fields.

The classes include a series of chapters, where each chapter highlights a specific discipline that is presented by a specialized expert. The aim is to develop the participants’ capabilities, increase their skills, and enhance their knowledge.

The lasted Masterclass series offered a special course about hospitality during the month of Ramadan, in collaboration with the certified Hospitality Trainer, Alia Madouh, who gave two lectures to 30 female participants in each lecture.

The course dealt with many aspects and tips on preparing and assembling for the month of Ramadan, of which included: Arranging the living room, preparing the prayer corner, arranging flowers, and ways to prepare the Iftar table, sweets, and drinks after Iftar.

On this occasion, Assistant Manager of Corporate Communications, Abdullah AlMulaifi said: "Gulf Bank is keen to interact and communicate with the local community throughout the year and across various occasions. Through the GB Masterclass, we are able to consolidate the principles of sustainability – and our position in the community – through a series of selected high-caliber programs.”

He continued: “Gulf Bank's initiative to organize the GB Masterclass series stemmed from its keenness to engage with the local community, and we were keen to seek the assistance of specialized experts who possess extensive experience across the fields selected for this series."

AlMulaifi also indicated that the Bank plans to host a new series every once in a while, exploring various specialties such as cooking, photography, flower arrangements, design and elegance, calligraphy, and other areas that the public are interested in learning more about. The duration of each class is two hours long.

He added: "We are proud of what we have achieved in terms of establishing an active presence in society throughout the year 2022. We look forward to more interactions with the public, through hosting initiatives that meet their needs and aspirations. This helps us achieve our goal of engaging and interacting with the local community on a larger scale.”
