Gulf Bank Provides 'Safety Deposit Boxes' Service at its Airport Branch

As part of its continuous efforts to provide a distinctive banking experience for customers

As part of its commitment towards providing the best banking services and solutions to its customers, Gulf Bank announced the provision of safety deposit boxes at its branch at Kuwait International Airport, Terminal 1.

The Deputy General Manager of Consumer Banking – Head of Branch banking at Gulf Bank, Basel Al-Assad, said that the new service aims to provide traveling customers with a viable solution to secure their valuables while out of the country.

He noted that Gulf Bank’s airport branch is now operating 24/7 as part of Gulf Bank's continuous efforts to provide customers with the best banking solutions anytime, anywhere, while ensuring customers have access to a wide local network of 53 branches.

Furthermore, he stated that the airport branch is a full service branch, offering customers the chance to complete all kinds of personal banking services, including: opening accounts, loan applications, credit card applications, withdrawals, deposits, currency exchanges and conversions, in addition to the instant issuance of debit cards.

Al-Assad explained that the Gulf Bank customers also enjoy 24/7 access to banking services through the Bank’s website, mobile applications, SMS, and WhatsApp services. Customers can also make the most of the “Visit Gulf Bank” app, which allows customers to book their place in any branch’s queue anytime and anywhere. Gulf Bank also offers customers the chance to open bank accounts in just under a minute via the Bank’s website or mobile application, marking it the simplest and fastest account registration process in Kuwait.

He pointed out that the Bank’s five-year strategy positions clients at the center of Gulf Bank’s attention.
