Gulf Bank Offers Customers A Multitude of Chances to Attend the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ in Partnership with Visa

  • Gulf Bank launches a 3-month campaign in partnership with Visa; the upcoming draw will be held on October 10

Stemming from its keenness to reward its customers and make their dreams come true, Gulf Bank has announced the launch of the Visa FIFA World Cup ™ “Infinite” and “Signature” Visa credit cards just in time for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM. In addition, Gulf Bank has launched a three-month campaign allowing its Visa cardholders to participate for the chance to win packages to attend the upcoming FIFA World CupTM matches.

 

In partnership with Visa, Gulf Bank will conduct a digital draw on October 10th to select 15 campaign winners. The campaign is set to start on July 1st and end on September 30th, noting that all holders of personal Visa credit cards issued by Gulf Bank are eligible to enter the draw.

 

The conditions to enter the draw include using a Visa credit card to spend a minimum of KD 150 during the campaign period. Winning chances are calculated as follows:

  • Visa Credit Card: 1 chance in the draw for every KD 10 spent locally and 3 chances for every KD 10 spent outside Kuwait.
  • FIFA Visa Credit Card: 2 chances in the draw for every KD 10 spent locally and 6 chances for every KD 10 spent outside Kuwait.

 

Each winner’s package includes the below:

  • Round-trip economy class tickets for two people from Kuwait to Qatar
  • 3- and 4-night hotel accommodation including breakfast
  • Two tickets for one of the tournament matches
  • A gift from Visa worth $400 per winner’s package
  • Transportation and Visa concierge service at the hotel

 

The Assistant General Manager of Consumer Banking Services, Mohammad Taqi, expressed his sincere wishes to all campaign participants. Taqi stated that using the FIFA World Cup™ Visa cards increases customers’ chances of winning, and using any Gulf Bank Visa card outside of Kuwait multiplies customers’ chances.

 

Taqi also pointed out that Gulf Bank’s latest campaign is a testament to the Bank’s slogan “Always With You” and reinforces its keenness to be a part of its customers’ daily lives and joyful occasions.
