Gulf Bank Announces 24/7 Operating Hours of Airport Branch

Kuwait, 07 July 2022: As part of its 2025 strategy, and commitment to providing the best banking services, Gulf Bank announced it will be operating its Airport Branch (in Terminal 1) 24/7 starting Thursday, July 7.
Basel Al-Assad, Gulf Bank’s Deputy General Manager of Consumer Banking, said that the increase in the Airport Branch’s working hours comes within the framework of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to providing the best services to its customers — anytime, anywhere — through its network of 53 branches located across Kuwait.
He pointed out that Gulf Bank's banking services are available 24 hours a day through the Bank’s website, the Gulf Bank mobile application, SMS, WhatsApp, and the “Visit Gulf Bank” mobile application which allows customers to book their places in any branch’s queue any time, anywhere. The app enables customers to open an account online and in one minute, the fastest and simplest account registration process in Kuwait.
Furthermore, Al-Assad noted that the Bank’s five-year strategy positions clients at the center of Gulf Bank’s attention. Gulf Bank aims to provide a distinctive, simple and swift banking experience for its clients via an ambitious digital transformation of its services and products. Through these efforts and more, the Bank is consolidating its position as the leading Kuwaiti Bank of the Future.
He stated that the airport branch is a one-stop shop for customers’ needs, providing customers with a variety of banking services including the ability to open accounts, request loans, apply for credit cards, make withdrawals and deposits, transfer cash, and instantly issue debit cards through Gulf Bank’s branches. Customers can also exchange currency at the branch. Al-Assad noted that Gulf Bank will be providing traveling customers with safe deposit boxes in the near future.
