Kuwait, 19 January 2020: Gulf Bank has started 2020 with one of their biggest announcements yet, joining a long list of exciting prizes and new services available to customers year-round. In keeping with their spirit of innovation and excellence, Gulf Bank announced its annual grand prize for the Al Danah account has increased to 1.5 Million Kuwaiti Dinars starting in 2020, becoming one of the biggest prizes associated with a bank account worldwide. The “bigger” grand prize is one of multiple benefits enjoyed by Al Danah accountholders, as winners receive their cash rewards in one lump sum payment. Furthermore, the Al Danah account rewards accountholders for their loyalty with loyalty chances. Loyalty chances are the total chances accumulated from the previous year, which are added to the customer’s chances the following year.

As such, loyalty chances for existing Al Danah clients from 2019 (January 1 to December 31, 2019) have been added to the 2020 raffles, provided that accountholders qualify for the raffles and their balances do not drop at any time from 2020 to below KD 200.

To increase their chances of winning, accountholders must either keep their account with a minimum deposit amount of KD 200, or increase their Al Danah savings — the more deposits into an account, the more chances accumulated over time. Gulf Bank’s Al Danah accountholders also have the opportunity to enter and win cash prizes all year long through weekly, quarterly and annual draws.

To open an Al Danah account, existing Gulf Bank customers can simply apply through their mobile / online banking accounts or visit their nearest Gulf Bank branch. Non-Gulf Bank customers can also open an Al Danah account by visiting their nearest Gulf Bank branch.
