Credit cardholders to enjoy concierge service in installments at no interest

Kuwait, 17 December 2019: Gulf Bank has announced the addition of the Luxuria Concierge Services as part of a growing list of over 100 shopping partners in its Easy Pay program. The program, which is the first of its kind in Kuwait, allows Gulf Bank credit cardholders to shop from a variety of different vendors and pay for their purchases in installments over the course of 12 months, with zero interest.

With the addition of Luxuria as an Easy Pay partner, customers can now access exclusive benefits as part of a high-quality concierge service enjoyed by elite clients, chief executives and prominent businessmen and women in the region. With Easy Pay, Gulf Bank credit cardholders can pay for purchases over the course of 12 months and with 0% interest when they shop at more than 100 participating outlets. The process of enrolling any transaction at participating shopping outlets into Easy Pay is seamless. Customers can simply request Easy Pay at the merchant outlet prior to making their purchase, and do not need to submit any additional documents or call the bank. The cashier at the merchant outlet will then process the credit card transaction on the dedicated Easy Pay terminal, and the transaction will be automatically converted into Easy Pay. Customers can also avail multiple Easy Pay facilities on their credit cards at the same time.
