Kuwait, 26 October 2019: As part of its ongoing efforts to provide the best solutions to its customers and improve the local business environment, Gulf Bank hosted a real estate market focus group to discuss the current state of the real estate market and its latest developments. The private seminar was attended by senior executives from Kuwaiti real estate companies, specialists in the real estate market, and governmental and public works officials, and took place October 20 at the Four Seasons Hotel.

During the course of the session, attendees discussed the current state of the local real estate market, and the most important opportunities and challenges facing the current market. Attendees also discussed the role of the private sector in solving some of these current challenges, and how the banking sector in particular can serve the real estate market better.
