During the conference the results of a new Kuwait survey on key motivating factors and challenges for women in Kuwait's workforce will be released to help enrich understanding the drivers that incentivize women to work.  Alghanim Industries and Gulf Bank have conducted the nationwide research to better understand the key motivating factors for women in Kuwait workforce.  The survey targeted both students and professional women in Kuwait, and analyzed over 2,000 responses.

The conference will bring together key influential international, regional, and local leaders, to discuss the important issue of gender diversity in the workplace, where keynote speakers including international entrepreneur Ms. Randi Zuckerberg, Undersecretary at the Ministry of State for Youth Affairs, Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah, and Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Kuwait Energy, Ms. Sara Akbar, and panel discussions which will highlight two main subjects 'The Work/Life Balance' and 'The Role Identity'.  The conference is also intended to create a networking platform for business women to exchange ideas and provide assistance in achieving success in the corporate environment.
