Kuwait, 29 March 2016: Alghanim Industries and Gulf Bank are pleased to announce they are holding a conference entitled "Women in the Corporate World: Beyond the Glass Ceiling" on Wednesday, 4 May 2016 at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel.

This non-profit conference will bring together key influential international, regional, and local leaders together to discuss the important issue of gender diversity in the workplace. The format of the conference will include keynote speakers and panel discussions.  This is also intended to create a networking platform to exchange various ideas on achieving success in the corporate environment.  The results of a Kuwait survey on key motivating factors and challenges for women in Kuwait's workforce will be released at the conference and help enrich understanding the drivers that incentivize women to work.

The international keynote speaker will be entrepreneur Ms. Randi Zuckerberg. She is the Founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media, a boutique-marketing firm and production company working for high profile organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Randi is the bestselling author of Dot Complicated and Editor-in-Chief of a digital lifestyle website by the same name. Each week, Randi hosts "Dot Complicated" a weekly business talk show on SiriusXM Business Radio radio. Randi sits on the board of Directors of the Professional Diversity Network, a publically traded company that helps with diversity staffing and training for Fortune 500 companies. She previously served as Director of Marketing at Facebook, leading major marketing initiative for the tech giant.

Ms. Zuckerburg will be delivering a keynote speech on the topic of gender diversity in the workplace. She is highly passionate about elevating women in the workplace and has mentored several successful businesswoman and entrepreneurs. She will share her advice, expertise, and inspiration for women in business.
