Kuwait, 12 February 2016: Gulf Bank announced today the first draw winners of its "Spend More, Win More" with Gulf Rewards promotional campaign for its credit card holders.  The campaign runs until 29 February 2016.  All Gulf Bank credit cards holders are automatically enrolled in this campaign.
