Kuwait- 12 April, 2012: Gulf Bank announced today that 12 of its employees have successfully completed the Bank's Senior Relationship Officer (SRO) Certification Program, which provides them with advanced skills in banking, financial management and leadership. The course has been specially tailored by the Bank's in-house Learning and Development department to develop employees' practical, hands-on knowledge of the banking industry.

Zeyad Alresheed, Senior Manager, Human Resources said: "We are very pleased when members of the Gulf Bank team complete our specialized training courses.  These courses are demanding but are designed to equip our employees with world class skills.  For example, the Senior Relationship Officer Certification is a long-term initiative which is designed to assist employees in providing customers with superior service and advice.

The Senior Relationship Officer (SRO) Certification is acquired through a week-long series of technical training courses that focus on developing employee managerial skills and is considered a stepping stone towards managerial roles.
