Gulf Bank Congratulates its Award Winning Customer Contact Center team

Kuwait " July 12, 2010: Gulf Bank recently congratulated its Customer Contact Center team for its achievement in winning the prestigious Banker Middle East award for the Best Contact Center of the Year.

The ceremony, which was held on the 21st of June at Gulf Bank's dedicated  Customer Contact Center (CCC), was attended by Surour Alsamerai, General Manager of Human Resources, Aly Shalaby, General Manager, Consumer Banking, Eman Ali, Assistant General Manager for Electronic Banking, Mark Magnacca  Chief Marketing Officer and Russel Sandlin, Head of the Customer Contact Center.

Commenting on this occasion, Aly Shalaby said: "This award reflects the outstanding work done by our staff to deliver world class banking services to our customers across our network of 51 branches.  We are extremely proud of our team's great achievement and thank every member for their hard work and dedication.

Our employees continue to be a part of the Bank's remarkable success, and such awards are a testament to the progress that Gulf Bank has made in Kuwait", Shalaby concluded.

During the ceremony, Aly Shalaby, and Eman Ali thanked each team member for helping win this award, further reinforcing the Bank's reputation as a market leader in customer service.
