Gulf Bank Announces the Telebanking Award Winners for August
Kuwait " 12 October 2009: Gulf Bank's Telebanking team is committed to providing superior customer experience set against relentlessly "customer-driven" priorities. To recognize the contribution of the team, Gulf Bank held their Telebanking Employee Recognition Ceremony for August 2009 to recognize the top performers.
The Telebanking monthly award for August 2009 took place at the Head Office, where the recognition program was designed to showcase Gulf Bank's commitment to customer service throughout 2009.
Mr. Russel Sandlin, Head of the Contact Center was present to recognize the outstanding team members. In addition, Curtis Sims, Business Partner Support Group; Aly Shalaby, General Manager of Retail Banking; Abdulaziz Al-Marshoud, Retail Business Partner and Jennifer Price, Head of Retail Operations; were present to show their support.
Stating the importance of this event was, Mr. Russel Sandlin, Head of the Contact Center, "Telebanking is a 24 hour service and therefore, requires dedication and hard work from our team. Recognizing outstanding performance is essential for us to remain on top of our game."
The "Star Performance Award" for outstanding performance was given to Mona Al-Hateb, Ghassan Salloum, Jenan Al-Qattan, Ahmed El Sayed and Rashad Badran.
"Employee of the Month" was awarded to Ahmed El Sayed, while the winner of the "Manager of the Month" Award went to Mahmoud Abdulhameed.
Fahad Al Ibrahim, Ahmed Al Fassam and Ahmed El Sayed were winners of the "Quality Champion Award of the Month."
