Gulf Bank Announces its July 2009 Telebanking Award Winners
Kuwait " 30 September 2009: Gulf Bank held its July 2009 Telebanking Employee Recognition Ceremony on September 14, in celebration of the Gulf Bank Telebanking team's exceptional performance during the summer months of 2009. Gulf Bank's Telebanking team is committed to providing superior customer experience set against "customer-driven" priorities.
Reflecting the importance of the awards, Mr. Michel Accad, Gulf Bank's CEO and Mr. Russel Sandlin, Head of the Contact Center were present to congratulate the winners and to present them with trophies, certificates and monetary prizes.
The "Star Performance Award" for an outstanding performance was given to six Telebanking team members, namely: Samayel Mahrous, Zahraa Safieh, Soud Saghir, Abdulrazzaq Al Jutaili, Marcel Traboulsy and Rashad Badran.
Eman Juma"a was the winner of the Star Vouchers Award for top referrals during July and August, while Nouf Al Shemmari was awarded the Star Voucher for top sales for the same period.
Rashad Badran received the Star Award for the highest quality award for July, with Esraa Abdulredha receiving the same for August.
The winner of the "Manager of the Month" Award was Jawad Hussain and the "Employee of the Month" Award went to Zahraa Safieh. Rashad Badran and Zahraa Safieh were both awarded the "Quality Champion Award of the Month" for July respectively.
