Kuwait 25 December, 2008: Gulf Bank will announce the winner of its fourth Al Danah One Million Dinar draw, the biggest single draw prize offered in the Middle East and said to be one of the largest banking draws in the world, on 31st December.

An official from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry will be present to proceed with the mechanics of the draw to ensure the element of fairness and trustworthiness is upheld.
