Kuwait, 31 December 2008:  Gulf Bank announced the name of the final winner of the Al Danah KD millionaire, Mr. Mohammed Ahmaed Thlaat Helal Mahmoode, who has had his Al Danah account with Gulf Bank since January 2006.  The winner was called live by Marina FM and was also announced live on Al Watan TV.

A shocked but delighted Mr. Mohammed said: "This is an amazing start to the new year!  When I opened my Al Danah account I did so thinking that it would be wonderful to win, but also that it was a solid savings plan that would support my family in the future, with a bank that I have always found to give excellent customer service.  This prize means that my family and I can achieve all our goals, and gives us financial security for life.  We are so grateful to Gulf Bank!

Al Danah will continue in 2009, with the new Al Danah program being announced in the first quarter of the year.  Gulf Bank encourages customers to keep their money in their accounts until the launch of the new Al Danah for 2009.
