Kuwait, February 20, 2007: Gulf Bank is offering free check-ups to its junior Nassour & Boom customers at the Dental 8 Clinic in the Al Bahar Center in Hawalli.

Until this Friday, the 23rd of February, Gulf Bank's youngest customers can receive a free full check-up, an X-ray and file opening valued at KD 20. Dental 8 Clinic is also offering an exclusive 15% discount for all Gulf Bank customers during the event.

"Gulf Bank is always looking to address the needs of its customers," said Ebtihaj Al Roumi, Youth Manager for Gulf Bank. "Taking good care of your teeth is a lot like taking care of your savings. Dental check-ups are important from an early age and our private Nassour & Boom clinic is giving parents the chance to ensure their children will keep smiling with healthy teeth."

Gulf Bank, Kuwait's second largest commercial bank, is the only bank in Kuwait offering savings accounts for junior customers. Parents can sign up their children for the Nassour bank account from the day they are born until the age of six. The Boom account is available for children from the ages of seven to 13, while teenagers aged from 14 to 17 are eligible for the Freedom bank account.

"Gulf Bank has designed the Nassour and Boom bank accounts to be both fun and educational, encouraging children to save from an early age. The Bank recommends that parents deposit at least KD 5 into their child's bank account each month," Ebtihaj Al Roumi said.

The Nassour and Boom bank accounts offer a uniquely designed ATM card and easy access to Gulf Bank's Online Banking and Telebanking services, together with a booklet of discount coupons for participating retail outlets in Kuwait.

Parents can choose between a Saving Account with interest and a Current Account without interest. The Nassour and Boom accounts require a minimum opening deposit of KD 10 and a daily ATM withdrawal limit of KD 100.
