Gulf Bank’s Take Homes ‘Best Retail Bank’ and ‘Best Mobile Banking App’ Kuwait Awards from International Finance Magazine
Kuwait, 3 February 2018: Gulf Bank is pleased to announce it was honoured with two awards at the 5th Annual International Finance Awards ceremony held earlier this month in Dubai, UAE. Accepting the award for ‘Best Retail Bank in Kuwait - 2017’ was Mr. Basel Al-Assad, Assistant General Manager for Branch Banking, while ‘Best Mobile Banking App in Kuwait - 2017’ was received by Mr. Ahmed Abul, Executive Manager for Digital Banking.
Upon accepting the award for Kuwait’s best retail bank, Mr. Basel Al-Assad noted: “Customers have many choices, so we are always developing methods for delivering an efficient and relevant customer experience. And while, we realize that importance of having the right products, we also place great importance on having the right staff in place to further deliver value to our customers. This award recognition for ‘Best Retail Bank’ in Kuwait indicates we are on the right path”.
