The Customer agrees, accepts and acknowledges that the first use of Gulf Bank Electronic Banking Service constitutes his/her acceptance and unconditional agreement to be legally bound by the respective service Terms and Conditions.
The Bank shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss, cost or damages or immediate refund, which may arise from failure to properly identify the beneficiary or for non-payment of any Electronic Payment Instrument because of any loss, theft, misplacement, error, omission, destruction, or mutilation.
The Bank Exclusions and Limitation of Liability
Neither Gulf Bank nor any of its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits (even if Gulf Bank is advised of the possibility) arising in any way in connection with:

Communication
Customers are reminded that Gulf Bank will never send an email with a link asking the customer to enter or confirm their bank details. Such emails should be ignored and deleted. Customer should avoid sending or furnishing personal and financial information on email. Also prior to providing any information (financial or personal) on a website, the customer should verify the status of the website, its address and of the owners/operators of the website, and make sure that the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) that appears in the "address" or "location" box on the browser window is the one the customer wishes to access.
The Electronic Banking Services will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but may be unavailable from time to time for routine maintenance and for any reasons beyond the control of Gulf Bank. Processing of some transaction types may not be available 24 hours a day and these instances will be advised to customer at the sole discretion of the Gulf Bank.
Gulf Bank may also provide customer information to carefully selected third parties whose products or services Gulf Bank believes maybe of interest to the customer.
