We would like to advise you that Gulf Bank signed a Debt Settlement Contract with Manazel Construction Co (99.9% owned subsidiary of Manazel Holding) on 30 November 2014. Accordingly, the Bank received KD 25 M as a recovery of the fully impaired debt of KD 42.7 M, which would be disclosed in the annual financial statements of the bank.
