as per Articles (383 and 385) of the Executive Regulation of Law No. 7/2010 on establishing the Capital Markets Authority and organizing securities activities, pertaining to the Disclosure of Interests, we would like to inform you that Gulf Bank's ownership ratio – Customers 3003 in National Petroleum Services Company (NAPESCO) has been reduced from 19,15% to 1,97% resulting from the sale of shares of the two following customers in KSE, on 22/1/2014, as follows:

1 - Sale of 9,879,703 shares belonging to Industrial and Financial Investment Company.

2 - Sale of 20,000 shares belonging to Mr. Mubarak Jassim Al-Jassim
