Upgrading Banking Systems

Dear customers,

To provide a better banking experience, we will be upgrading our banking systems, resulting in a temporary interruption of mobile and online banking services from 10 May at 12:00am until 12 May 4:00am, and all our branches will be closed on Sunday 12 May.

What Transactions Can Be Done?

The following transactions can be done at a Gulf Live Machine (All with a maximum of 5,000 KWD and a minimum of 1 KWD):

  • Cash Withdrawal

  • Cash Deposit

  • Cheque Withdrawal

  • Cheque Deposit

  • Transfer between accounts

  • Credit Card payments

In addition, you may direct any question or inquiry to the Gulf Live Teller.

Benefits

  • Exceed your daily ATM withdrawal/deposit limit.

  • No more queuing, as you do not need to step into the branch and take a number.

  • Operating hours are from 08:00 AM till 11:30 PM.

  • Choose the denomination you wish to have (20 KWD, 10 KWD, 5 KWD, & 1 KWD notes available for dispensation).

  • Conduct all transactions using your civil ID rather than your debit card.
